Stamper’ that was used to press the first ever Elvis
Presley record in 1954. It is for the first time ever, available

Elvis Presley a 19 year
old truck driver walked into the Sun Studios in Memphis
Tennessee and recorded ‘That’s All Right’
on July 5th 1954. The rest as they say is history!
This STRICTLY LIMITED EDITION will be available from
August 16th 2004 (the 27th anniversary of Elvis's Death).
The presentation includes the metal plated vinyl pressing
processed from the original SUN 209 metal master, positioned
in a pre-cut black suede mount and all contained in
a high quality Nielsen Frame. All plaques inside the
frame are individually numbered from 1 to 1954.

Elvis collectors who are fortunate to own the
original Sun 1954 pressing of ‘That’s All Right’
(which has a current starting value from around £2000),
will notice 3 push marks on the centre of their disc coming
out through the original Sun label with the matrix number
U-128-45 72 on the outer groove. It is those details that
identify them as original pressings.

Original sun pressing
On this first time repress, they will notice this more clearly
and will be able to see that the matrix number and the push
marks are in perfect alignment which proves they are receiving
a genuine item. On this item they will also notice that instead
of the large centre hole of the original press, the small
centre hole on this pressing has been preserved as on the
actual master so they can clearly see for the first time ever,
the manufacturers of the ‘Mother Stamper’ master
known as ‘AUDIODISC’. Elvis collectors would have
been completely unaware of this since on their pressing it
had been cut out. On this pressing, you get everything as
if you had the master itself.
